The eVolution Notifications App is designed to complement the Risk
Assessment, Compliance, Incident Reporting and Action products
but can be used as a Stand -Alone product.

The product is available for a FREE Trial period of 30 days. Demonstration
data with example Notifications can be downloaded at any time for preview
and training purposes.

Use the App to record, and email Notification Descriptions, Location,
Date notified, Date closed, Assignee, Contact phone no., and Safety
Critical Level

Notifications can be created as a PDF and stored on the device or on a
shared server.

Use the Home Page graphs to see summaries of All Open and Closed
Notifications.

Create online lists by location of all assigned notifications that are
Open and Closed.

We offer two auto-renewing subscriptions:

(1) Foundation Subscription (£29.99 GBP per Annum)

*Allows you to save Notifications to the device and use all the management
features (except remote Backup/Restore)
*Send Notification emails to Assignees
*Delete Notifications from the device
*Export Notifications to Excel

(2) (Optional) Backup and Restore Subscription(£19.99 GBP per Annum)

*The Backup and RestoreSsubscription allows you to save your data to the
eVolution cloud server. This means
you can retrieve lost data or transfer Notifications to a new device.

Details about both Subscriptions.

*Subscriptions are for 12 months
*Payment is charged to your iTunes account on confirmation of purchase
*Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at
least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period
*The iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to
the end of the current period and identify the cost of renewal
*Subscriptions can be managed by the user and auto-renewal can be turned
off by going to the users Account Settings after purchase
*Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited
when the user purchases a subscription for the product, where applicable.
